After receiving your order confirmation, it takes 1-2 business days to process your order. For 2nd Day Delivery option, it will take 1 business day to process and ship the order. Please note that "business days" refers to Monday - Friday. Orders made after 11AM EST on a Friday will ship the following Monday.

CUSTOMS
Who handles customs, duties and taxes for international shipments?
For international shipments, all customs, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. As the taxes and duties vary by country, please check with your customs office for estimated cost.
*IMPORTANT: Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only applies to international orders.
15% restocking fee is charged for the following circumstances:
- Customer rejects to pay duties (taxes) and the item is returned.
- Customer inputs an incorrect shipping address and the item is returned.
In addition, original shipping cost will not be refunded. For items that get lost or are damaged due to the above two errors by the recipient, no refunds will apply.
Do I have to pay for shipping when I am returning an item?
For all U.S orders, we will cover shipping costs. For international orders, shipping costs for returned items are covered by the customer (does not include defective products. We cover shipping costs for all international returns due to defective issues).
